During work and at the end of it, you will receive different pics of the item. Please feel free to contact us if you require any further information or if you  want to ask for more pictures, retouches or corrections. We kindly ask you to reply messages during time process; we need it to complete the job.

Without reply, will consider as tacit confirmation to comply with the processing times and shipping. This is to respect our work, time and materials. We do not accept refunds, rendered or returned.

ProgettoSteam no assumes any responsibility for delivery delays, damage to packages and goods. For any info for hitches, the tracking code will be provided to resolve any problem with the courier. However, all possible help will be provided. No refunds and returns.

General Terms and Condition

When placing an order by payment, the buyer agrees to accept all of the following conditions:
1) Payment can be made via platforms such as Etsy, via www.progettosteam.com, via credit card payment or via PayPal as a “purchase of goods and services” or as sending money to friends and family as Supporters of the Progetto Steam crafting activity.
2) Payment can be made, once agreed, in several installments.
3) Goods are shipped to the recipient only after full, final payment is completed, otherwise they will be withheld.
4) Progetto Steam will hold the goods if payment is not completed for up to 180 days after which all work will be disposed of. There will be no refund of the entire fee paid. Time spent on work cannot be returned. Time spent.
5) During the work and upon completion, you will receive several photos of the object. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need more information or if you would like to request more photos, touch-ups or corrections. We kindly ask you to respond to messages during the time process; we need it to complete the work.
6) Failure to respond will be considered as a tacit confirmation that the processing and shipping time will be met. This is to respect our work, time and materials. No refunds, returns or returns will be accepted.
7) Measurements (circumferences, lengths, sides, etc.) will be requested at the beginning of each order. If no response is received, by tacit agreement, size XL and left side (example hand, arm, left leg) will be considered.
8) Please advise if a deadline for receiving the requested products is necessary.
9) In order to meet work timelines and possible deadlines, please comply with 6, 7 and 8. In case of no response from the buyer, there will be no refund.
10) The product received will never be the same as the one shown in the photos due to adaptation of measurements, availability of materials, craftsmanship and workmanship.
11) The buyer is required to observe the photographs sent during the work in progress and/or at the end of the work to confirm the work done and that all is well. Any second thoughts at the time of receiving the package will not be considered. You can ask for photos and info about the work in progress at any time.
12) The buyer can make use of communication channels such as Facebook and Instagram to see live regarding the work in progress.
13) In the event that Progetto Steam does not contact/update the buyer, please he/she should send communication to progettosteam@gmail.com (It is likely that such problems may occur under the conditions of point 6, physical, personal, health problems of the craftsman and/or managerial issues). Like the previous points, please remember that it is the buyer's responsibility to ask the craftsman for info on the work in progress.

These are handmade products, and according to international policy and laws governing the buying and selling of them, these conditions exist.
This regulation is to preserve your order and to ensure maximum transparency and seriousness of the business behind Progetto Steam.
